When the whale is harpooned and the crew smashed at the back, Bender is first, then disappears, then smashes again last. Although this is a cartoon, so this incident is clearly intended as a joke.
Leela at one point calls Amy "Sailor Moon". Sailor Moon is the eponymous character in a manga and anime series. This is not Leela getting Amy's last name wrong.
