Bill arrives at Spectra Fashions with his attorney Gary Bartlett to prepare the closing of the company. Bill is impressed to hear that Karen found a designer. Sally and Macy make it clear that they have to look for another one. Unaffected, Bill lays down the law that they either keep Anthony or he will shut down the business immediately. Later, Anthony tries to reason with Macy who bluntly informs him that she will make sure to get him fired somehow someday. Eric is furious with Sheila for not calling him while she was away. Eric admits to Stephanie that he no longer trusts his wife and that it is hurting his ability to be creative. On her flight back home, Sheila reflects on her visit to Genoa City and realizes that she has no future with Scott and must resolve the issues in her marriage with Eric. Her return is not a happy homecoming, though: Eric tells Sheila that he wants a divorce.
