After Larry beats up Michael in the office the blood on Michael's face changes between shots.
After Michael, Anson, and Larry enter Michael's loft, Larry sets his pistol down on the cutting board in the kitchen area. After Larry goes into the refrigerator, the pistol has moved to the edge of the cutting board.
When Larry gets the drop on Michael entering his gate, there is the sound of the hammer of Larry's pistol being cocked, but the camera view clearly shows that the hammer is not cocked. (The pistol is double action/single action and the hammer does not need to be cocked to fire anyway.) Fake firearms sounds are often used in television and movies to create dramatic effect.
When Michael looks over at Tavian's body after Tavian jumps off the building to commit suicide, there is far too much blood near his head, given that he had only just hit the ground.
