When Milo predicts Olivia's death she takes a breath of her oxygen and then walks around the corner just as the forklift drops the bricks. However, when she does not take her oxygen, the forklift drops the bricks before she gets to it. The forklift should have dropped the bricks after she passed it since she made it around the corner sooner than he predicted.
