Tess and Alexis install a stripper pole in the house. Later, Gabby tells Andrea that she wants to have a 16th birthday party at home. Tess agrees to organize it and asks Gabby for the names of her favorite DJs so Tess can try to book one of them for the party. When Tess and Alexis discuss the party with Gabby later, though, their description of the plans does not correspond to what Gabby wanted, leaving Gabby distraught. Andrea reminds Tess and Alexis that this is to be Gabby's party, not theirs, and Tess and Alexis agree to throw Gabby the kind of party she wants. All of Gabby's friends from school show up for the party. When the DJ, Paul Oakenfold, arrives at the house, however, he recognizes Alexis as being one of the alleged members of the "bling ring" that broke into his house. Alexis apologizes and says that she had nothing to do with it and that she hadn't even heard of Oakenfold's house being burglarized. Oakenfold stays to DJ the party, but Alexis is in tears over the accusation. Tess helps her pull together, and they blindfold Gabby and take her into the party to surprise her by revealing that Oakenfold is the DJ, which thrills Gabby. Meanwhile, Alexis's lawyer advises her to show a more conservative, humble image in preparation for her trial, and Alexis takes Tess to a nightclub to see the band Wicker so she can set Tess up with Max, the lead singer.
