Factual errors

Nell claims that her Electric Potential Sensor can identify people by their heartbeat because "everybody's heartbeat is unique" like a voice or finger print. However this has never been a scientific theory and is completely untrue. Medical science has known for years that close contact, basically cuddling, (skin to skin works best) can cause heartbeats to synchronise. This has never happened with finger prints. The old poetic cliche of "two hearts beating as one" is a real observable phenomena, it just has little to do with love.
Nell says the former Stasi officer was a "rising star in the former Soviet Republic", however East Germany (as it was then) was never a Soviet Republic. It was part of the Eastern Bloc, making it a Soviet Ally and it is a republic, but not a Soviet Republic.

Revealing mistakes

Two gunmen shoot Ranner at close range. He holds his briefcase in front of himself in a futile effort to defend himself. As he falls dead, however, it is clear that his shirt behind his bag is completely untouched. There are no bullet holes nor blood.

Errors in geography

At the beginning of the show, they are on the way to the Airport, but the road above the Hollywood sign (Mt. Lee Dr) where the shooting occurs is a dead end and goes to the Mt. Lee Transmitter station.
