When Scott wakes up and tries to start his truck, the fuel gauge needle can clearly be seen showing a full tank. In the next seen after the truck won't start - a second or two later - the needle is on empty.

In the second half when Scot returns the kickoff and gets tackled, he immediately calls a timeout. After a change of possession, kickoff or punt return, the clock automatically stops until the ball is snapped again and there would be no need to call a time out.
When Scott goes into talk with the bank about extending his loan, the bank representative tells Scott that the bank has already called in his loan, that foreclosure proceedings have began and his property would be on the market in a few days. In reality, Scott would have been sent a certified mail informing him that if he didn't pay up the past due balance, the bank would begin foreclosure of the property. If that isn't paid, the lender files a petition for foreclosure in the county where the property is located. The borrower will receive a notice of the lawsuit in the mail and have 30 days to respond with a payment to avoid foreclosure. This could take 3-6 months. Then if the court rules in the banks favor, then they usually have to evict the owner and that could take a minimal of 30 days and in some cases 6 months, unless it is included in the foreclosure process. So when the bank says it will be on the market in a few days is way off base.
When Scott goes back in time, his truck mirrors are small and while he is driving they keep changing size.
When Scott wakes up in his old truck. If the engine runs out of gas the ignition light will come on. when the camera pans to the cluster, the ignition light is off.
When the football game is about to happen they show the town and there is a 2007 Impala in the parking lot.
When Scott has gone back in time, and sees his Mom for the first time outside of the trailer they live in, the temperature gauge on the wall indicates that the outside temp is almost 100 degrees. This is supposed to take place in Northwest Ohio in the late fall (a sign with a 419 area code gave that away). Temperature average in Northwest Ohio in the late fall is about 72 degrees.
