At the very end of the episode, Jackie is shown to be wearing a Fentanyl patch which is labeled 100mg/hr. Fentanyl is measured in micrograms (mcg), not milligrams (mg). Even someone with as much opioid tolerance as Jackie would overdose at that level.

Jackie shows Kevin an AA chip and states it is a thirty day chip. There is no thirty day chip. The chip she shows him clearly has a 1 on it and is a 24 hour sobriety chip given typically at someone's first meeting.
