Walter is driving away after his meeting with Gus, and a unique-looking water tower is just barely visible far behind him in the background. He then comes to a screeching stop after a near head-on collision with a truck, very close to that same water tower.
In his talk with Gus, Walter mentions the meth supply of the American South West across the border being cut off. In reality, one of the main points of having synthetic drugs in the first place is to avoid having to smuggle them across heavily patrolled borders but instead, synthesizing them directly inside the target country from freely available precursor materials.
When Walter's car is about to crash the truck, the distance between two vehicle is about 5-7 meters, and we know that the cars speed is at least 90 mph, it's obviously impossible to dodge at that point no matter how quick Walter is.
During the opening, one of the Los Pollos trucks passing by Gus has its rear door open.
When Jesse and Walt discuss the revenue of the business it was mentioned that it would be 96 million, based on a three month period. They calculated three months to be twelve weeks, were it is in fact thirteen weeks. So the revenue should be 104 million.
In the teaser section, Walt and Jesse are boxing up the product ready for shipping. However Walt fails to close many of the boxes properly, often putting down the wrong lid first in a way that fails to close the box. Someone with Walt's precision and attention to detail would understand that these boxes need to be closed a certain way and would do it correctly.
