Miscellaneous

While Leonard, Penny and Sheldon are watching the video of Sheldon's pants disaster online, for a brief moment, Penny (Kaley Cuoco) can be seen looking out towards the audience, or perhaps the director.
Sheldon claims that the X-Men were named after Professor Xavier, but the group was actually named because they had mutations. In the X-Men #1 comic book, Xavier says they "...possess an extra power...one which ordinary humans do not!! That is why I call my students...X-Men, for EX-tra power". Though technically a character mistake, it could also be considered deliberate on the part of the writers to set up Sheldon's "C-Men" punchline.
Sheldon balks at the suit that Penny picks out for him because it is only one color. Yet, two of the three other suits he picks himself and tries on are effectively monochromatic as well.

Character error

At the start of the episode when Leonard, Sheldon and Howard are wearing anaglyph 3D glasses they are all wearing the glasses inside out. The glasses are designed to be used with the red filter over the left eye and the cyan over the right, the characters have them the other way around.
When Sheldon is watching himself on YouTube, you can see him mouth the words "of course not "as he says it on the video.
