Continuity

Bobby Tang's mugshot shows a distinctive crescent-shaped bruise on his right cheek in the forward-facing picture. It's on his left cheek in the side view.

Factual errors

When G and Sam encounter Vic, Calvin's fellow officer, Vic has failed to wear or carry a cap of any sort (neither a garrison cap nor a combination cap); however, in the real world of the US Navy, an officer, especially one as senior as a lieutenant commander, would not have arrived without proper headgear.
The pictures that Kensi has posted on the wall are marked 'CLASSIFIED' on both the front and back. Classified material must be marked 'CONFIDENTIAL', 'SECRET' or 'TOP SECRET'. Only the front would be mark since there is no classified information on the back. It is doubtful that these photos would be classified by themselves.
The programming code for the disguised key fob is shown in Chinese characters. Computer code is always written in English, because the compiler software only interprets English. You would have to write a whole new programming language.
When Bobby Tang is identified, someone mentions that he was a member of the Asian gang, "Hiragana." Hiragana is Japanese -- a Chinese gang would not give itself a Japanese name.
