Factual errors

In the DRC, malaria is very common and 90% of the cases are P. falciparum, the most deadly strain - it can kill within 48 hours of first fever episode. Doctors would be on anti-malarial prophylactic drugs, any clinic would have a good stock of anti-malarials, and any suspected malaria case would immediately receive the appropriate drugs. Flying someone to the States for malaria would be counterproductive in that the patient could get immediate proper treatment in the DRC, but not on a long flight. Also, coughing is not a symptom of malaria.

Revealing mistakes

In one of the close-ups at Chuck (at around 15 mins), a blue screen instead of the background is shown for a few seconds.

Miscellaneous

Chuck and Sarah send the Turners a drink with a note that reads "Compliments of the Bartowski's." Placing an apostrophe and an S at the end of Chuck's last name makes it a possessive (not a plural), but there is nothing after it for "the Bartowski" to possess.
