The film describes the true story of Rasputin, a Russian monk called 'The Black Monk' in the last moment of his life. The amazing interpretation and production of this film deliver a perfect reconstruction of a piece of the history of 1900.

What a film! The director worked out weel to create a tableau of Rasputin without get bogged down in a classic documentary film. He maintain his personal point of view about the life of Rasputin although the events are historically accurate.
