While displaying the two valises of handguns Kalinda refers to a Walther PP/K as a 9mm [parabellum]. The Walther PP series is either .32 acp or .380 acp. Being a straight blowback pistol, the 9mm cartridge is far too powerful for it. Amazingly, the writers, directors, cast and crew were so universally ignorant of one of the most iconic firearms of the last 50 years as to let it slip by.
When Kalinda clears the weapon after Diane changes her mind and gives it back to her, Kalinda pulls the slide back and allows it to close with the magazine still inside the gun. Not only is this different from the way she demonstrated earlier in the show, but clearing the weapon in that manner would still leave a round chambered if one was still left in the magazine.
