Most times when someone is killed by an axe, even thought there is plenty of blood splatter, no blood goes on to the axe.
When she exits the shower at around 35:41 or so after hearing noises [yet again] she is bone dry. Not even her hair is damp from the shower moisture.
When Lizzie is sat in her bedroom a close up shot of the alarm clock shows it turning to 9:30 and the alarm sounding . The next shot shows Lizzie sat in front of the alarm and the clock changes to 9:30 again.
When the cable guy is working on the television, the cameraman is reflected in the TV screen.
While Jason is in the basement on the floor you can see a crew members feet in the background as he is looking under the cabinet with the flashlight.
