All in all, pretty good for a C-Drama. It is the typical script of the contract marriage, so no surprises there, but I enjoyed it alot more than others that I have seen since I didn't see any outright cruelty like I have in the past. There was romance between the two - a definite connection however it seemed to take forever for them to show it to each other. The side couple Male actor was cute and I could see him in a lead role in the future - maybe in a comedy. Don't laugh - my Golden Retriever loved to watch this show with me - he sat in front of the TV intently watching it. Don't know what that says about it but he has never done that before. It was so cute had to take a photo of him from behind.

This is worth a watch!
I am being a bit generous with my rating here. I originally thought to rank it a 7, but I bumped it up due to its positive message.
The Story Nothing new or special, here. But the arc of the story is a very positive message of growth as a person and supporting your partner. Kudos to the writers and directors.
One negative, that is probably writing/directing rather than acting. There were quite a few instances, early on in the series before the leads were a real couple, where the Male Lead grabbed the female lead by the arm/wrist, and there were a few times he bent her over and hovered over her. This is NOT OK and it creeped me out. The lead's behaviors in the later half of the series is a complete 180 from this behavior.
Another negative: The Love Triangle. Well, there was never much doubt about which leads would end up together, but the second lead (the guy who know our female lead from childhood) was a selfish jerk for not just letting go. Yeah, he helped the female lead a lot when she needed it, but he pushed ahead as a romantic rival way too long. I *hate* love triangles, and I think it is a super lazy plot device to generate tension.
Acting It was good, but not great. I think the male lead was best. His transition from really annoying jerk to caring partner was more natural than most such transitions. He was very good in his caring persona and it felt very genuine.
People have noted that the leads' kisses were less than invested and I really did notice that. I am not used to seeing that, but I would not criticize the actors or producers (or censors) for such a choice, as kissing is a very personal and potentially awkward act. They certainly got the point across anyway!
Cast A very beautiful cast all around. As in a number of other CDramas I've seen, I found the 2nd female lead (FL's friend, Chen Yi-Xin IRL???) particularly captivating. Of course the female lead (Wang You-Wen IRL) was beautiful as well!
Overall This series was not as polished as say, "You Are My Glory." There was a few instances of less than stellar acting. But the series was very cute and positive overall. So a generous 8.

It's like a fairy tale, the best Chinese drama I've ever seen,loved it very much, best contract marriage drama,the lead yin si Chen character was cold, selfish at the beginning,and the way the character progressed is awesome, seeing his care affection and love to his wife at the later part of the drama made this one unique,the couple were really made for each other,they started as a contract marriage couple with lot's of misunderstandings and then they became the most adorable couple,the second lead was also good,but his character is not much of use to the drama, finally one should never miss this cute drama, especially the final episode was phenomenal.

Surprisingly good!
It's an ordinary romantic drama with a third party unrequited love. The usual trope. The main casts have a wonderful chemistry together! Their interaction is fantastic, no fake kisses, no open eyes peck on the lips, just real sweet romance. Though the relationship starts contracted & rocky but they develop feelings for each other later on. The support & love from everybody is wonderful!
The supporting male cast/mo zixin keeps trying to win the female lead heart as they were childhood sweetheart.
The supporting female cast/xiwei keeps trying to poison the main couple/cast relationship.
Through all the odds & misunderstandings, they fell in love & face problems together!

I just made to watch this as of june 18 2022 . I watched some of its episodes on TikTok then I continued watching episodes 21 UpTo 24 on YouTube. This deserves more views actually. There are much Kilig moments or ROMANTIC moments of them. Btw, im from the Philippines.

Synopsis
Gu Xixi (Wang Yu Wen) is a fashion buyer who dreams of opening her own store to sell her line of fashion designs. In need of a difficult to purchase item for a client she pretends to be with Yin Sichen (Wang Zi IQi) the CEO of a mall and son of a very wealthy conglomerate family. Not one to be used for nothing, Yin Sichen helps Gu Xixi catch the attention of the designer whose item she needs to purchase but then uses that to make her beholden to him. The designer is also someone Sichen wants to strike a deal with to feature his fashion in his malls. The designer, Alex, takes an interest in the two thinking they are an ideal couple to promote his wedding dress line. To seal the deal with the eccentric designer he gets Xixi to be his contracted wife for three months. Xixi is in need of cash so she agrees to the arrangement. As the two spend time together as a "married" couple real feelings begin to grow.
Review
This is just the perfect romantic comedy. The two lead's chemistry is off the charts. Sichen starts as the arrogant, bossy and aloof CEO but turns into the most attentive and doting husband when he discovers his feelings. Xixi is bright and sweet and wins almost everyone over very quickly. If you like heart warming romance you will live this. If you like the Cinderella and cold CEO tropes this is very good in both those aspects. It does not have a deep complex plot and there are no real twists but if you are looking for bubbly romance you don't want all that anyway.
Spoilers*. This does not have the tired mother in law buying off the girlfriend or boyfriend trope. The mother became one of my favorite characters. My mother in law was wealthy and flew in to our wedding on a private jet to tell my fiance it wasn't too late to change his mind. Life can truely be stranger than fiction, So I am never surprised when one of the mothers are cruel. I expected his mother to take the side of his childhood friend who thought he was hers but she did not, instead she said how she was a great sister to her son. The grandmother was Betty White level enjoyable older character. The female protagonist was a crazy stalker and one of the best moments was when Xixi told her you do not do things to hurt those you love. Inalso cheered when her best friend tricked evil girl into insulting her own fashion choice to reveal her wicked tricks. Second guy was steadfastly there for lead girl but he never did anything hurtful. He was like a foil for the 2nd female showing how you can show your love by wishing the target if your affection happiness even if it is not with you. The only couple I was not a huge fan of was his friend and the austere career woman. I did not dislike their relationship I just did not care. I could have seen second guy and his assistant as a couple as she was so amazingly supportive of him. I thought Xixi's best friend and Sichen's assistant may become a couple and there were some hints. Liked how Xixi was her own person and kept her own identity yet was an affectionate and playful wife. Sichen's transformation was fun to watch. The lead couple were so on the same wave length they even planned the same surprise for each orher.
