The episode mentioned that Stalag Luft III was in Poland. Actually, during the war it was near the town of Sagan in Lower Silesia in then Germany (which is now Zagan Poland). The map shown is wrong as well.
According to the map showing the escape route of Bob van der Stok, Gibraltar is in the Algarve, Portugal.
