Nikki Amuka-Bird, Rupert Grint, Dave Bautista, and Abby Quinn in Knock at the Cabin (2023)

Goofs

Knock at the Cabin

Edit

Continuity

At 01:05:15, Sabrina strikes the SUV window and the window cracks. At 01:05:18, Sabrina strikes the SUV window for a second time (and it shatters), but the cracks from the first strike are missing.
Adriane has very obvious tears in her eyes and running down her face, yet in the very next cut to her face, her eyes and face are dry.
As Wen tries to escape using the basement, she looks upward and fairly big gaps between the floorboards are seen, and voices and movement from the cabin above are obvious. Yet, in a later scene, inside the cabin, the camera starts at floor level and the floorboards are together very tightly (as one would expect from a well-built cabin).
When Eric is having his head bandage changed, his hands are rope tied in front. When he sits back down in his chair his hands are tied behind his back.

Factual errors

During one of the news reports, the Scottish reporter uses the term 'parking lot'. This term is not used in Scotland--they use the term 'car park'.
The news report mentions that the epicenter of the second earthquake is 70 miles off the coast of Oregon, but the news map/graphic depicts the epicenter as much farther east, more like 700 miles from the Pacific Northwest.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

If the footage of the Oregon tidal wave was shot moments ago, how did the newsroom get it when the camera operator and the camera itself would have perished. (Live footage would have been transmitted as it was filmed, as is the usual case with remote film crews for news shows)

Miscellaneous

The rear passenger windows of the Land Rover are made of tempered glass which shatters into small pieces when broken. The cracks in the glass seen in the film would be normal for a vehicle windshield which has the center layer that prevents shattering.

Audio/visual unsynchronised
