What was this episode of Arthur about?:
The first segment was about Binky being insecure, so he bribes and threatens George not to tell others he holds his mom's hand.
The second instalment is another annoying Tibble Twin Episode, this time they compete to whistle.
The story and the production overview:
The first was the best out of the two despite being a copy and paste of Binky focus episodes like the "Night Light" or "ballet" episodes.
It's just Binky being insecure and hiding something and threatening and bribing others to not tell.
There is really no growth in characters like Muffy and Binky because they remain the same.
The 2nd episode, usually Tibble Episodes, are pretty annoying. This one wasn't too bad, but it was a weak episode.
Obviously their voices are different from the original, still they aren't as good.
