When the skeleton is discovered in the field, the front of the skull is parallel to the ground. When the skeleton and the clay around it are extracted and taken to the lab, the skull is tilted to the right. If the clay was as hard as the script suggests, this would be impossible without breaking the skull, yet it is intact.
Hodgins states for reassurance that the spiders discovered on the recovered body are not poisonous, and while he is correct, he most likely meant venomous due to the fact that most spiders deliver venom through their fangs and can only be poisonous through digestion. The 'frontinella communis', or more commonly known as a Bowl or Doily weaver spider, does in fact have venom, but not in any dose dangerous to humans.
Near the start, Saroyan says that she is going to shower and burn her clothes when the spiders start to come out of the clay that the skeleton is in. Later in the show she shows up in the same dress. Obviously not burned up.
Clearly Cam wasn't actually serious about wanting to burn her clothing, she was just further expressing her disgust and discomfort at having seen hundreds of spiders. It is not uncommon for people to say they want to burn their clothes after encountering something gross without really meaning it.
