Plot

A by-the-book detective investigates the death of her father and follows a clue to a remote tropical island, only to find out his true identity as a leader of a group of assassins. Now hunted by his enemies, she has to team up with the crooks her father had trained - four retired, down on their luck assassins itching to get back in the game.

After four highly trained assassins (Alpha (The girl), Pelor (the comic), Jenggo (The sniper) and Topan (the leader)) have stopped the bad guys (They are brutal in their methods and blow off anyone who stands in their way) who have turned an orphanage into an organ harvesting ring for the rich, their boss, Petrus (Budi Ros), decides that it's time to retire. Before leaving Petrus tells Topan that Hassan (Donny Damara), is his best friend and is a law enforcer. Dina is Petrus's daughter, who is a cop and is closer to Hassan than to him.

This retirement is hastened by the fact that Petrus' daughter, Dina (Putri Marino), is now a cop. However, Petrus' retirement is short-lived, as Dina comes home to find him murdered. Dina finds her father killed in their home with only a masked person standing beside his dead body (The masked man was TOpan, who had come to check in on Petrus, after he had been brutally murdered by an unknown assassin). Topan takes the group into hiding.

Three years later, Dina is a by-the-book cop, and the four assassins have disappeared. While she is not aware of who killed him or the reason he got murdered, she gets back to her work and, instead, starts finishing her police duties more diligently. She hasn't taken a leave for 3 yrs now. It becomes evident that she has not mourned the death of her father, who was dear to her, and is trying to stay busy not to let herself fall into a whirlwind of emotions.

One day Dina is given vacation fliers by her supervisor, and she notices something familiar. She finds her dad's things and notices that her dad wanted to retire at the same place, Bersi Island at Paranais Villa. She finds a photo of her dad with 4 kids. In the photo her dad is wearing a cap that the masked man was wearing that night. When Hassan forbids it, Dina takes leave and decides to travel to Bersi herself.

Meanwhile, Antonio (Martino Lio) is a ruthless criminal lord who takes over territory from other crime lords and eliminates them. Alo (Michelle Tahalea) is his ruthless secretary. Antonio receives a call that Dina is headed to Bersi. Dina reaches Bersi and checks into Paranais Villa, which is run by Topan and his gang. Topan recognizes Dina immediately, and wants to be rid of her asap. 2 assassins come by looking for Dina, but Topan disposes off them without letting Dina know. Dina eventually finds a photo of her father with Topan and finds that he started working at Bersi 3 yrs ago. Topan claims that Petrus was his father too. Dina guesses that Topan is the boy from the picture and wants to meet the other 3 kids. Meanwhile Antonio has arrived at Bersi and starts tracking Dina from Paranais Villa on-wards.

Topan takes Dina to Jenggo's Karmic center in Bersi, where Pelor also joins them. Dina gets high on frog skin that Jenggo gives her by mistake. This is when Antonio attacks the Karmic center with his forces. Topan was busy tracking Dina in the jungle, where she had run off. Jenggo asks Pelor to run away and get Alpha, in a bid to protect him. Dina comes to her senses in the jungle and saves Pelor from being shot and killed. As Antonio starts torturing Jenggo, Topan arrives to save him. Antonio reveals that He was Petrus's first trained assassin, but Petrus always favored Topan and that's why he hated Petrus and the Big 4. Antonio defeats Topan very easily in hand to hand combat and is about to kill him, when Dina arrives with PElor. Pelor launches an incendiary that rains hell on Antonio's men, allowing Topan to escape with Jenggo.

While treating Topan's wounds, Dina discovers he is the masked man she saw standing over her father's dead body. She marches out in outrage, but Pelor calms her down saying Topan would never kills Petrus and takes her to meet Alpha. Meanwhile Topan and Jenggo get to work tracking Antonio and meet their friend Bunglon, who runs a bar at the beach. He says Antonio is the biggest arms dealer in the whole of South East Asia. Topan says that a man named Suranto killed Petrus (Petrus was alive when Topan reached him and Petrus took Soranto's name) and Bunglon (who is loyal to Petrus), helps them get armed. Bunglon reveals that Suranto was Petrus's first student. Bunglon tells Topan that Antonio is going after Alpha.

From Alpha, Dina discovers her father's true identity as the head and honorary father of a gang of assassins. The four thugs her father trained; Alpha (Lutesha), Jenggo (Arie Kriting), Pelor (Kristo Immanuel), and their leader, Topan, (Abimana Aryasatya). Before Topan can get there, Antonio and his forces Attack Alpha, Dina and Pelor. Alpha and Dina fight off the forces, while Alpha asks Pelor to save the locals from cross fire. Alo arrives and almost defeats Alpha and Dina, when Topan reaches with Jenggo and rescues them. But Pelor is caught by Antonio's men.

Antonio calls Topan and sets up a showdown where "all of this started".. Antonio tells Pelor that Petrus threw him out as he saw darkness in him. He is more gifted than the Big 4 put together. Meanwhile Dina asks for forgiveness for shooting Topan. They get ready for war with Antonio. The location is Paranais Villa. Alpha takes out half of Antonio's army with a bomb she prepared, and which was delivered to the villa in an empty jeep, which Antonio thought was an attack from Topan. Topan, Dina and Alpha enter the villa, covered by Jenggo on the sniper rifle covering them from afar. Antonio and Topan get into a brutal fist fight as one of Antonio's men separates Dina and starts to assault her. After a brutal fight, Dina manages to kill her assailant. Alo attacks Alpha. Jenggo arrives to help Alpha, but is beaten easily by Alo. Alpha takes advantage of this diversion to beat Alo to a pulp with a wooden spike. TOpan beats Antonio and is about to kill him, when Antonio reveals that there was someone else behind Petrus's murder. Antonio takes advantage of Topan momentary distraction to stab him in the hand. But Dina arrives and saves Topan. Antonio retreats to a room and hold Pelor hostage and promises to take his employer's name to the grave. But Topan teases Antonio by his real name Suranto, which Antonio doesn't like. Pelor takes advantage and ducks and Topan kills Antonio with his own knife

As Dina has called the police, Topan retreats with his team, but after giving Dina a key from Petrus. Turns out Antonio was working for Hassan. But unknown to anyone, Hassan was working for a mysterious person, who vows to kill Topan.
