The characters carries medium sized backpacks, yet are able to change their entire wardrobe multiple times during their stay in the wilderness.

Helen's shoes change throughout the movie from blue at the start to orange later on.

Despite being out in the wilderness with little or no toiletries for possibly two weeks or more, the men have the exact same length or lack of facial hair through the entire hike.

Helen is scolded for bringing a pair of hiking boots that weren't broken in properly, but magically has a different colored pair in the middle of the hike.

Cars in Pennsylvania don't have front license plates.

Movie continues to be portrayed to be set in fall, with many overview passes of Connecticut fall; however a good majority of the movie in the forest has completely green covered earth and treetops... varying only once in a while with bright colors of fall.

Jake (Luke Grimes) seems clean shaven when Helen (Ellie Kemper) gives him her keys to her house. But the next day he has a stubble beard and mustache.

Everyone is changing their clothes every day, including their hiking jackets. There is no way that many clothes could fit in the medium sized hiking packs they are carrying along with tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, food and other things.

Nobody drinks alcohol, or some spot or cigarettes.
