House of Horrors. A chilling story.
The real life story of Dorothea Puente, a former sex worker and crook, who ran a supposed care home.
This doesn't hold back one bit, it's brutal, it's grizzly, the content and original footage are enough to give you sleepless nights for a week.
I think what makes this so incredibly chilling, is that Dorothea looks like such an innocent old lady, I've watched multiple shows with serial killers, and there's often something about them, this one is definitely a little different.
The little animations work well, not something you often see on a real life crime documentary, it works, it adds a little menace.
Love that English lady's crystal clear accent from the news reel.
An incredible, bleak story, 9/10.
