Sebastian Bach incorrectly quotes lyrics from the song, Circumstances from side b of the Hemispheres album. His recollection of the lyric results in a nonsensical utterance in a failed attempt at speaking french.
The correct lyrics are as follows; Plus ca change. Plus c'est la meme chose. (the more that it changes, the more it is the same thing)
