Yuri says the band was very famous in the USSR, but according to Anatoly the band started in 1998, seven years before the USSR dissolved and Moldova became an independent state.
Moldova's first appearance in the Eurovision was in 2005, so there was no Moldovan song to the 1998 Eurovision contest.
