Colortour Adventure (Vitaphone production reel #2020), first of the series. Competing with FitzPatrick's Traveltalks (MGM) which switched to Technicolor in 1934, E.M. Newman took a more economic route of processing in Cinecolor (or "Naturalcolor"). Critics of the time liked the use of color but noted that the images tended to look grainier. By 1938, the "Colortours" became "Color Parades".
