As a member, 18-year-old Miranda Dahno, disappears without trace from the school where the choir live called the police soon enter. At first, suggesting that most of that Miranda has had left voluntarily - but soon found traces that indicate the contrary. The exciting quest for both victim and perpetrator leads Kurt Wallander, police aspirant Isabell, and their colleagues against several people who have stood close to Miranda. And with a recognition that the border between love and hate can be subtle.
