It's Pari's birthday today. A recovery goon takes away a small Pari's birthday gift given to her by her mother Neha in order to pay for the money loaned by her father. Pari's neighbor Bandu Kaka gives her a special gift. On Yash's birthday, his friend-cum-colleague Sameer forecasts his future.

As warned by his best friend-cum-colleague Billionaire Yash realizes that nobody remembers his birthday except his grandfather "Aajoba". Yash meets Pari's mother when she comes to take Aajoba's signature. Later, he drops her off in Mumbai in a helicopter.
