Chris Evans and Ana de Armas in Ghosted (2023)

Goofs

Ghosted

Edit

Continuity

The two soldiers in the pickup truck that is pushed down the cliff by the bus "disappear" in mid air after their slow-motion glide through the air.
Marco's prosthetic hand is noisy only when he is simulating masturbation.
During the meeting with Leveque, when Wagner says "you left an impressive trail of blood", Sadie suddenly has her hands down, then her arms crossed again in the next shot.
At 35min Cole Turner wears his shoulder bag on his right shoulder, right before he fell down the slope the bag is suddenly crossed.

Factual errors

A large part of the film takes place in Pakistan, but all the cars there have steering wheels on the left as in the US. Pakistan, which is a former British colony, drives on the left and the cars have steering wheels on the right side of the car.
When the restaurant spins rapidly, characters are seen flying up the walls but some glasses on the shelves do not move.
An engine designed for the slow, steady movement of a revolving restaurant would not have the amount of power and capacity to reach such speeds, much less to keep accelerating.
A malfunction on the engine revolving the restaurant would make it stop, not accelerate.
Money that is transferred electronically shows up all at once (or not at all). The account balance shown on the phone screen should update from $0 to $10,000,000 without running through the numbers in between.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Sadie is wearing a long sweater over her dress in the beginning of the movie until they reach the museum, after which, she is wearing a leather jacket. Her bag is too small to hold such a sweater.

However, she is shown to be driving her own vehicle so she could have left her sweater inside.
When Sadie races Cole up the stairs near the beginning of their date, she's wearing flat blue shoes, but when their date ends the following morning, she's wearing black boots.

However, she is shown to be driving her own car so she could have had a change of shoes in the car. She also has her groceries from the farmers market, which were absent from the other date scenes.

Revealing mistakes

Leveque's accent fades between French, English upper class, and vaguely Polish. Adrian Brody is American and has a Polish-born grandmother.
Obvious stunt double for Chris Evans when he is handled out of the trunk by one of the goons (noticeable at the hair, then the shot cuts before going back to Evans).
Obvious stunt double (with the actor's face imprinted on the stunt's) when Chris Evans jumps and slides down the side of mountain.
Obvious CGI when Cole comes back up the stairs of the spinning restaurant.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Cole says "visiting a girl in London?", his jaw does not move.

Character error

A soldier incapacitates Sadie as she is driving the bus but fails to brake when his mission is to intercept Sadie and Cole.
The polygraph technician would never show thumbs up or down in front of the people under questioning.
