Something's Not Right

So, in the first 3 minutes of the show, something's not right. The guy clearly says "I just learned about Lizzie Borden in the winter of 2021." Uuhhh we haven't even started the winter of 2021 unless he's talking about Jan-March 2021 then something's definitely not right with that.

Then, supposed psychics gather around a table and talk to the spirit of Lizzie Borden?? I e very skeptical on that one. I'm not dismissing that people think and feel like what they seen in this show is real. Believe what you want to believe.

Dave has lost all his credibility with me

In my opinion, this team of paranormal 'experts' was a joke and Dave came off as a drama queen. This episode had very little to do with Lizzie Borden and turned into a poorly acted seance, demon hunting, and spirit writing. I won't spoil it with the details and let you decide if the conclusion of The Curse of Lizzie Borden came to fruition.

...a -10 for utterly non entertaining boring dross!

American television producers/directors have the most infuriating, never ending, habit of over dramatizing these types of shows. It does not make them any more thrilling or scarier and only gives more power to the skeptics.

Paranormal shows and series have become so abundant on US television that they are just utter junk; filled with so much fake crap so that they can still get money from their sponsors. We had 10 years of everything Vampire and to date everything is Super Heroes and Mutants from DC/Marvel comics which I actually enjoy and at least with the series "Supernatural" it dealt with legendary facts and was entwined cleverly as a series.

Paranormal series are the new "In Thing" of the last few television seasons/years and are utterly insulting to anyone with a modicum of intelligence. Unfortunately its the people, with dumb-ed down brain activity, who are giving these ridiculous paranormal series the high viewing stats for television networks to keep them running (whilst they cancel way better shows that never get a real chance to develop!).

I am actually a believer in the supernatural existence of both good and evil phenomena. So when I see stupid rubbish like this I always think, "Why do these idiots never do their thing at a proven terror house; like the Amityville house, at 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville, New York".

I'm a big fan of Dave. He's the only reason I watched this. Chris Fleming and Sam are just ridiculous >Overly dramatic and goofy. Why they were used for this is beyond me. Cindy Kaza would have been a much better choice. Dave, make better choices with your next project...I just can't take this seriously at all.

2mins in when the "psychics" started reacting to the supernatural presence and u know they didn't hire a good actor to perform. As a horror movie lover, this is not how I want her story to be reenacted. 2 stars for 2 mins :(

Just a bunch of frauds and scammers. My dog is more psychic than they'll ever be. If u seriously believe that they're psychic and connected then you deserve to be fooled. If this what the paranormal TV shows are all about I want no part of it. These fakes has seriously given real psychics and mediums a bad name. They should be banned.

I had the opportunity to investigate the Lizzie Borden House with Sam and can assure any doubters that he is the real deal. You never know what will happen during an investigation or séance. Spirits communicate through whatever means they can, including people, and each person reacts differently. I appreciated the character portrayals for those who might not know the back story of the murder and other events and the actress playing Lizzie was a near perfect match.

You're kidding me, right? What a joke! Over dramatized and completely laughable. Dave Schrader no longer holds sway with me. I was a fan in the beginning. Then I started to get a little suspicious with his antics. Too many, too often, too fake. I tried to hold on Dave, but you started getting really ridiculous. I didn't want to believe it, but this crap is getting deep. Just trying to squeeze more out of this story that just isn't there! Yes, I believe Lizzie Borden murdered her parents. It's tragic and horrible, but that's it! No ghosts, no demons, no spirits. Now I am convinced that Dave is completely fake. It's all about money. No longer a Dave Schrader fan. So disappointed.

Sorry but 99% of people know or have heard of Lizzie Borden and the infamous nursery rhyme. They lost me in their first opening sentence. I knew it was going to be just another "true" paranormal show could've been better as a historical piece and an in-depth look in to the case and the story but nope.

How did they teleport the filming into the ast.... he clearly states in the 1st. 5 minutes that he learned about the lizzy borden house in THE WINTER OF "2021"......... WTF..... I WATCHED THIS EPISODE LAST NIGHT ON September 16th..... its n I t winter yet.... phoneys'

Disrespectful

The entire show and team they gathered for this was incredibly fake very clearly fraud. Nothing about this makes any sense and I felt like I was disrespecting the history of this family and their tragedy just by watching this. How can you in good conscience go to this home and make things up about the history here? This is absolutely terrible. I really don't want to say anymore about it. Just that it's disrespectful but I'm required to say more so I can post the review. Point is that I have nothing good to say about this and I'm so angry that I'm putting in energy to leave a negative review. Infuriating, disrespectful.

(By making things up I'm talking about pretending to hear & feel things).
