In the reverse shot of showing the photo frame from the front, she is holding onto it from the bottom.
When Karen talks to Gia about the Labor Day Barbecue Contest, her lips do not match the sound on the word "labor".
Gia is doing her job in a backward fashion. She would be designing a park and/or playground once a plot of land is secured, not designing the park/playground without that known plot of land.
