In the previous episode (The Lover #6.7), the quarterly sales of the sales department can briefly be seen above Kelly's table. It shows that Andy has the highest score. However, in this episode, the people with the lowest sales of that quarter (Andy & Pam) have to make the cold call at Wilkes-Barre industrial park. It is very unlikely Andy has gone from best sales results to worst in just one episode.
The "List" goes from Dwight's nose to Kevin's weight having skipped over Erin's "Orphan" entry that just appears.
When Michael writes Koi Pond on the whiteboard, the 'K' changes from scene to scene.
Michael says that he doesn't have Jan's cell phone number because she won't give it to him. However, in Season 4, he accidentally calls Jan's cell phone while on a date with Pam's landlord after they had broken up. However, it is entirely possible that Jan has switched phone numbers and refuses to give the new number to Michael.
