During the airport scene with Lale and Sean, circular marks can clearly be seen on Lale's forehead prior to Sean threatening her with the gun. This is clearly the impression made by the barrel of a gun being pressed against her forehead - yet this is before Sean presses the gun against her forehead in the scene. This is evidence of repeated takes.
A burning container on an operating airport near London would have resulted in an immediate response from emergency services.
