After Neal cuts his tracking bracelet off, it is later shown laying in the street with the belt unbuckled and intact.
At the beginning of the episode, Neal and Mozzie are sitting at the table looking at the bottle. Neal gets a call from Peter to come downstairs so they can go to the church. He is wearing a blue shirt, red tie, and a gray vest as he heads out of his place and down the stairs. When they arrive at the church, Neal is now wearing a black tie, dark striped shirt, and a suit jacket. He never had time to change his clothes before leaving. The first outfit doesn't show up again in the episode, he remains in the second outfit for the rest of the "day".
The organized crime division agent corrects Agent Burke, saying the shell casing found at the crime scene was .22 caliber, where the casing shown was clearly a center fire round, most likely 9mm based on the size.
Peter picks up a shell casing and call it a 25 which is what it is, than he is corrected by a bother agent who says "nope that's a 22 this isn't Europe"
Caffery reveals that he disarmed Maria by removing the "clip" from her gun, but holds up a magazine. The two are not interchangeable terms. However, as he states himself, he's 'never been a gun guy'.
The wine bottle shown is supposed to be a Bordeaux bottle, yet the shape is clearly wrong (it corresponds to a Bourgogne wine instead).
