Near the end, during flashbacks to the gunfight from the beginning of the episode, the female agent is sitting on the ground with her back propped up on the front bumper of a car. Although the license plate is the same 4CIW600 number, some shots are of a plate with silkscreened MO and YR sticker boxes and some shots are of a plate with debossed MO and YR sticker boxes.
Tina Gordon mentions a "28-mm round" from a Fabrique Nationale P90. This is not exactly right but also not completely wrong: the ammunition for the P90 is officially known as 5.7x28mm, meaning the diameter of the bullet is 5.7 mm, and the length of the cartridge case is 28 mm.
When Tina Gordon confesses to killing Ryba, she mentions he was hit by 28mm rounds from an FN P90. 28mm is more than an inch in diameter. The FN P90 fires 5.7mm rounds.
When agent Pete Fox is returning fire during the opening scenes he gets hit in the arm. He then brushes it off and goes back to shooting, however the dust cover on his ACOG sight is down blocking any sort of view through the lens.
