Brandon Routh in Chuck (2007)

Goofs

Chuck Versus Operation Awesome

Chuck

Edit

Continuity

Even though Casey had been shot in Chuck Versus the Angel de la Muerte (2010), he shows no sign of being injured in this episode, even though it picks up right where the last episode left off.
When Chuck and Devon make it to the 12th floor and get ambushed by guards, Chuck's jacket is zipped up. In the spur of the moment he pushes Devon away and is seen retrieving his guns from his jacket and shooting at the guards. His jacket, however, is no longer zipped up.
Devon tells his 'Grizzly' tale and Chuck moves beside him. In the reverse shot Chuck's left hand is on Devon's left shoulder but it's not in the front shot. Devon then raises a hand to his forehead but it's not there in the reverse shot.
When Chuck stops the Ring operative from escaping at the Buy More, she stops with her hands by her sides. The reverse shot shows her hands raised to shoulder height.
When Chuck is talking to Sara in their hideout with Casey, the camera shifts to behind Chuck, whose body begins to walk away. Immediately after, the camera shifts back to Chuck, who is still standing there, talking to Sara.

Factual errors

Chuck connects both the positive and negative terminals of the battery to the cage. This would simply short it- none of the current would pass through anyone touching it, hence, they wouldn't get a shock.

Errors in geography

The "Crystal Towers" office building is said to be in downtown LA, but the establishing shot of it is of the CAA Building flanked by the Century Plaza Towers in Century City, which is on the opposite side of Los Angeles.
