- A very brief sequence (less than five seconds) of a man having anal sex with another man
- Two sequences of masturbation. One by a wooden doll without any private parts and another is given to an anthropomorphic bull in an alleyway. Both last about two seconds in view
- A woman's buttocks are shown briefly from a distance.
- A creature's penis is clearly visible as the creature is being electrocuted. While the scene is not sexual in nature, the penis fluctuates between flaccid and erect during electrocution.

- A bloody and decomposing mouth is shown on a tv screen
- Two giant creatures fight each other but are stopped by electrocution. Although neither die, one is angered and pokes the other's eye out. Blue blood sprays onto the screen as it howls in pain before fighting again
- There is a surgery scene which is very bloody and graphic. Holes are punctured in a patient as well as organs being ripped out and blood splatter across the room. Very violent scene.

- Nearly every scene depicts some form of violence and/or gore. Note that the film is made primarily using stop motion animation, so does not portray realistic violence, but includes some images of cruelty and torture.

- A conscious character is surgically cut open and is brutally gutted. Various body parts, books, jewelry, and watches are removed from his stomach. The graphic scene is almost three minutes long.
- A baby creature is ripped from a man's stomach and is taken to an old man where it is crushed to death
