- In Mongolia, an American oil company is facing problems with the pumps that are overheating and the workers of her plant, after the disappearance of one of them. The manager Patrick is trying to negotiate some mysterious findings with the criminal lord Kowlan and his gang of smugglers, but they do not trust him. Patrick is pressed by his boss. Mr. Bixler, who will visit the plant soon because of the several problems. Meanwhile, the volunteer Dr. Alicia and her colleague Phillip from the Doctors of Hope break their car in the desert while transporting medical supply to the Mongolian Sepegal village that has contaminated water. The police officer Timur asks his friend, the treasure hunter Daniel, to give a ride to the doctors to Sepegal, and he charges for his services, creating an animosity between them. Daniel is looking for Genghis Khan treasure, since the presence of Mongolian Death Worms indicate that they are protecting the treasure in accordance with an ancient legend. They are also causing the plant problem and contaminating the water of Sepegal.
