Towards the end of the movie Lucy tells Wesley there are no more bullets for the shotgun. A few minutes later she is seen loading the shotgun with bullets.
When Wes turns into a human again after the sunrise in the last scene, he's wearing completely whole pants.

In the beginning of the movie, it shows the neighbor target shooting, but he fires multiple times but you only ever hear one impact per burst as though only one bullet was fired.
They crash into an empty city bus going about its route. The city is supposed to be on Lock down.
How is the moon always straight in the sky, never moving throughout the movie, and during the final fight scene, it's supposedly just 15 minutes til sunrise yet its still pitch black, then not even 5 minutes later when she shoots the window out to let the sun in, the sun is high enough to show brightly through the window.
When it starts raining the moon doesn't get blocked by clouds nor does that cause the werewolves to revert to humans.
At around minute 41:17 you can see the shadow of the microphone on the wall behind Lucy Marshall.
