When House is sitting in Lisa Cuddy's office, he cuts the monkey's head and Lucas' head out of the pictures and swaps them. In the original photo of Lisa and the monkey, it is a Capuchin monkey she is holding. However the head he replaces Lucas' with is actually a chimpanzee (an ape).
At the beginning, when the man start to vomit, he rushes back into the airport. That's when you can see one of the filming crew camera operator's reflection in the shiny glass.
