At approx 9:30 House and Wilson walk into the left lift. However when they arrive at their floor they exit via the right lift.

While operating on Wilson's patient Chase says that inspection of the lungs indicates that he has PCP Pneumonia, then says he doesn't have a fungal infection, which is what they were looking for. However PCP Pneumonia is a fungal infection, it is short for Pneumocystis Pneumonia and is an infection caused by the yeast like fungus Pneumocystis jirovecii. This fungi is normally harmless in healthy people but those with compromised immune systems, such as people with HIV/AIDS, cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, or people on immune suppressants, are susceptible to the fungus invading their lungs.

After Tucker fired a shot at a flock of wild turkeys and missed, he pumped his shotgun, but no spent shell could be seen being ejected.

While hunting, Wilson's patient (Tucker) falls to the ground clutching his left arm. However, House says the patient has "right arm paralysis". Later, Wilson confirms the left arm paralysis.
