This Episode begins with Alex, he wakes up in the trailer. Alex sees a bear in front of him. Thatcher enters the hospital, he is puking lots of blood. Thatcher has cirrhosis of the liver, he needs a transplant. Lexie isn't a match with her father Thatcher for the liver transplant. Lexie wants that Meredith helps Thatcher with the transplantation. Meredith is a match with Thatcher. Thatcher can't accept Meredith's offer. Richard tells Thatcher that he needs that liver right now. Meredith gets into surgery for Thatcher his transplant. Bailey performs Meredith's surgery. Randy died during surgery. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 6, such a great Episode. Meredith saved Thatcher his live with this transplantation!
