- The results show for Latin Night includes guest performances by Queen Latifah and the dance crew JabbaWockeez. The condition of Tom DeLay's foot injuries is updated, determining whether he will be able to continue in the competition.
- After one of the closest weeks of competition on "Dancing with the Stars," Monday night's performance show was blown wide open as the different levels of talent within the group became more clear. Host Tom Bergeron teased the possibility that politician Tom DeLay's nagging injury might result in two eliminations on Tuesday night.
To the highlights: Some wild moments included Donny Osmond fake-kissing Bruno Tonioli and Kelly Osbourne had her confidence boosted. She later expressed a desire to keep learning more dances and continue wearing "these amazing dressed, because I love it."
After the bizarre kiss, Donny said backstage, "I kissed him." He added, "I've had my shots, it's OK." Melissa Joan Hart was left to console her partner Mark Ballas after she got a tough review from the judges. Michael Irvin found himself at the bottom of the leaderboard and resorted to begging for votes, saying, "Young Michael Irvin came into stadiums acting a fool -- don't blame this old Michael Irvin. Vote for me, please." Singer Aaron Carter seemed to be crying after the judges made fun of some of his over-the-top moves. Mya scored the first two 10s of the competition, despite Len's 7. Natalie Coughlin vowed to make herself be sexy.
Play it again...: Head judge Len Goodman surprised the audience with an encore choice that wasn't at the top of the leaderboard, but was fun and entertaining. It was Chuck Lidell & Anna Trebunskaya's samba.
Be our guest: Queen Latifah marked her return to hip hop with a guest performance of her single "Fast Cars" off her new album "Persona." Later, the JabbaWockeeZ dance troupe performed an updated take on "Singin' in the Rain." At the end, Mark Ballas and Lacey Schwimmer revealed their faces behind the JabbaWockeeZ masks. Queen Latifah also returned later to perform "Ease On Down the Road."

Backstage, Aaron explained that he was upset with himself for letting his partner Karina Smirnoff down. Actress Debi Mazar was also down on herself for missing a step Monday night. Michael Irvin said it was disappointing and admitted it "did hurt" when the judges put him at the bottom of the group.
Tom DeLay Update: After 24 hours of teasing to the question of whether Tom DeLay would be able to continue in the competition, he said he would not. "You can't practice, and if you can't practice, you'll look like a fool out here, and I don't want to do that to Cheryl," he said. Tom Bergeron extended an invitation for DeLay to come back to the season finale to perform the Texas Two-Step.
Back to the results: Bergeron explained that this week's elimination would continue as planned, despite DeLay's withdrawal. The top three women were called to the stage. Mya & Dmitry Chaplin were safe. Natalie Coughlin & Alec Mazo were safe. And Joanna Krupa & Derek Hough were in jeopardy.
The remaining men took the stage. Donny Osmond & Kym Johnson were safe. Louie Vito & Chelsie Hightower were safe. Aaron Carter & Karina Smirnoff were still in jeopardy -- and Aaron looked surprised. Mark Decascos & Lacey Schwimmer were safe -- and Lacey looked surprised.
Design a Dance: Viewers are in the process of creating the ultimate "Design a Dance" performance and out of nine former champs and "Dancing with the Stars" favorites, the viewers voted for Sabrina Bryan, whose exit still holds the distinction of being the most shocking elimination in the show's history. Up next, viewers will vote for which pro dancer will share the dance floor with Sabrina.
Breaking Down the Numbers: In a funny little featurette, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, fantasy football expert Matthew Berry, and a toddler worked on their predictions for who would win. The Woz settled on Donny Osmond and Mya, while Berry went with Aaron Carter and Natalie Coughlin. The toddler threw something at a picture of Melissa Joan Hart.
Back to the results: The three lowest scoring women learned their fates next. Debi Mazar & Maksim Chmerkovskiy were in jeopardy. Kelly Osbourne & Louis Van Amstel were safe. Melissa Joan Hart & Mark Ballas were also safe.
That meant Tom DeLay was out, and Michael & Anna, Aaron & Karina, Joanna & Derek, and Debi & Maks were in jeopardy.
Who's going home? With four couples on edge, Tom let Loanna & Derek off the hook. Next, Samantha Harris announced that Aaron Carter "cried for nothing," and was safe.
Michael & Anna and Debi & Maks awaited word. Len said there was great potential in both dancers, "and whoever goes, I think we'll miss them."
Finally, Tom announced that "the couple with the lowest combined total, and therefore leaving right now is ... Debi & Maks."
