Continuity

At the start of the show when the guy & girl are talking, he leaves and the truck is like 10 feet away from the girl. She takes one step and sits on a box. In the next scene, the truck is rolling at her from the other end of the alley.
Right before the man throws red powder on Shawn at the festival, the camera angle is at Shawn's back and you can clearly see the red powder on his collar.

Factual errors

Gus says that Raj is in danger of electrocution because his hand is in water, but the water is in a glass bowl. In order to be electrocuted, a circuit has to be made with the ground (in bathtubs that would be through the metal in the drain pipe). Glass is an excellent insulator so Raj is perfectly safe with his hand in the bowl of water.
Pertaining to the truck which was used to assault an intended victim, it was stated by Lassiter that the brakes of the truck hadn't been inspected in 15 years. This is impossible. The episode aired in September of 2009, yet the truck featured in the episode was a Freightliner Argosy - a model which did not enter production until 1998, which was 11 years before the episode aired, and four years after the last supposed brake inspection of that vehicle occurred.
In the opening scene, a character is targeted by a semi tractor being made to roll into her. Later on in the episode, it is said that the truck's brake lines were cut. However, that truck used an air brake system in which the parking brake operated by spring pressure being applied to the brakes to set the brake - air is supplied to release the brakes, and cutting the brake lines would have no effect on the parking brake, whatsoever. Getting that truck to roll would require either the brake control valve to be pushed in - requiring the assailant to get into the cab to do this then get out - or else cage the brake chambers, which would require the assailant to get under the truck.
They say at the beginning and show at the end of the episode that the brake lines were cut on the truck. The problem with that is if you cut the brake lines the truck will not move. Also major inspections on trucks are an annual requirement.

Miscellaneous

When Shawn gets hit taking the knife. He gets up and goes over to Gus and Abigail. After a brief moment of confusion he sees Abigail, the he touches her nose there's no mark, then there is, then it's gone again.

Character error

Several of the Indian characters including Meena mispronounce Raj's (With a hard j sound) name as Ra'zh'.
