Bob throws a grenade under a car, and it explodes.

There's a large shootout in a parking garage near the end, and several bad guys are seen being shot, mostly bloodlessly. A car crashes into another car.
There's a large fight scene in an office building in which Bob fights off several FBI agents, but the fighting is mildly brutal. A man gets pistol whipped in this scene, and another is punched several times and has his face slammed into a fridge door. Bob and Kevin Hart's character then jump out of a window and escape.

The shootout/fight scene in the office, though funny at times, could be intense for younger viewers.
Many mildly intense action scenes, but they're not incredibly intense, and some of them are played for comedy.
Most of the action/violence in this film is intense and at times brutal, but it's kept from being too frightening or intense by the comedy, which is almost always present, even during the action.
The opening were a young rock stands infront of his school naked and is laughed at by both students and teachers can be upsetting to some.
The final fight is pretty brutal.
The torture scene may be intense, though it's not graphic or violent.
The parking garage shootout is pretty intense.
