Here is the first installment of a long series of upcoming videos documenting the strange occurrences happening in Dan's 11th floor office and the floors above in the historic and haunted Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore. On this episode, Dan uses the spirit box in his office and absolute insanity ensues. He travels up to the haunted mechanical area above the 13th floor and see the door where Rey Rivera, who's case came to national attention after being featured on Netflix's Unsolved Mysteries exited to the roof and jumped to his death...or did he? Lots of strange sounds in this video. Headphones are recommended. (Please note...the Belvedere is no longer a hotel. It is a private residential building with offices.
