Over a period of thirty-three days in 2006, military conflict in Lebanon killed 1400 Lebanese civilians, while and wounded scores more. The film tells the story of two survivors: a tobacco farmer's son with a video camera, and a news cameraman. Besides their relentless drive to stand up to the challenge of the moment, and bound by their determination not to abandon their homes and villages, both of them filmed passages of this war, each in a different capacity - a period in their lives.
