Just after 23'15", Dr. Morton states that Peter Edelmann's algorithm for picking lottery numbers couldn't generate prime numbers. She then states "One, three, seventeen, and nineteen are all prime numbers". As she has a PhD in particle physics (stated earlier in the episode), she would know that one is not considered a prime number. The least prime number is two.

An officer rarely spends more than a few years at an assignment before moving to his next assignment which is usually a increase in responsibility and rank - unless they make a large and public screw-up like, say, failing to keep a 'special rendition' flight out of the public eye...
