Continuity

All of the clocks at the departing/arrival boards show the time as 7:10 (approximately), but as 'the man with the briefcase' comes down the stairs, the giant, ornate wall clock behind him first shows the minute hand pointing to the '9', and then when we see him in a wider shot it shows both hands over the '4'.
As Dunham stands to brief the room regarding Burgess while seated, pushes herself out from her desk with her cane facing one way, then pushes herself up with the cane having switched to the opposite angle when the shot changes.

Factual errors

The depiction of public consumption of alcohol in a bar in the religiously conservative country of Iraq is unrealistic. The notion that a woman would ever be in such a place is utterly absurd. And even if she were, she would not be trusted by an Iraqi contact.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

During a briefing, Olivia referred to the explosives being triggered by "a specific VHF frequency". "VHF" is an abbreviation for "Very High Frequency", so stating "VHF frequency" is redundant. The use of "VHF" in this context is referring to the frequency band range of 30-300 MHz so she is in other words saying "they are transmitting at a specific frequency within the VHF band." Anyone who deals with signals would have said the same thing as Olivia. She is actually correct.

Revealing mistakes

When Peter steps over a heavy collapsed pillar at the explosion site, the pillar and the collapsed sheet rock wall behind it both wobble, revealing them to be made of Styrofoam or similar light material.
