Salman the Persian, the third and final part of the 3-part series, tells the story of the life of Salman, a companion of the Prophet Muhammad, the final Messenger of God. The story is based on the saheeh hadith (authentic traditions of sayings and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (p)) as transmitted and scientifically authenticated to be historical accurate. Salman is the son of a Zoroastrian priest, and a devoted disciple studying to become a Zoroastrian magus or priest, after which he becomes the guardian of a fire temple. Three years later in 587 he meets a Christian group and is impressed by their teachings. Against the wishes of his father, he leaves his family to join them. His father later, imprisons him to prevent him but he escapes.
